Your Home. Our Service.
The right system for your needs.
Water is important to your home and business. We understand.
We’re committed to the process of getting you safe water right from the tap.
Sampling and Analysis
Identifying contaminants is always the first step. Simply Water manages the process and provides lab analysis through a fully accredited testing facility.
Can you test the water on site?
We can complete noncompliance on-site sampling for iron, hardness and pH. However, new system installs require a full analysis.
Why use a third party lab?
It ensures accurate and unbiased results. We also believe it supports a better relationship with clients since results dictate the proposed system.
Can I sample my own water?
Absolutely. Sampling kits are available from any certified lab. If the results show your water is contaminated, give us a call.
Filtration and Purification
There’s a variety of potential contaminants in water. We’re able to correct all impurities. The most common services we encounter in New England are listed.
NOTE: some possible characteristics of contamination are identified. These will vary by source.

IRON/MANGANESE REMOVAL
Iron and Manganese can give water an unpleasant taste, odor and color. This can often be corrected with the installation of a softener.
POSSIBLE DETECTION:
TASTE | ODOR | COLOR |
---|---|---|
yes | yes | orange or black |

RADON REMOVAL
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas. It’s detection is only possible through testing and should be treated with a point-of-entry device.
POSSIBLE DETECTION:
TASTE | ODOR | COLOR |
---|---|---|
no | no | no |

REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM
RO systems remove a long list of impurities in your water and can also improve the taste, odor and even color of your H2O.
POSSIBLE INSTALLATION:
TASTE | ODOR | COLOR |

U-V DISINFECTION
Any drinking water supply is susceptible to bacterial contamination. U-V light kills bacteria, viruses and can be effective against protozoans.
POSSIBLE DETECTION:
TASTE | ODOR | COLOR |
---|---|---|
possible | possible | grayish film |

ARSENIC REMOVAL
Naturally-occurring arsenic is common in well water. A level under 10 ug/L is preferred. Higher levels can be treated with an RO system.
POSSIBLE DETECTION:
TASTE | ODOR | COLOR |
---|---|---|
no | no | no |

URANIUM REMOVAL
Uranium occurs naturally in bedrock which is prominent in New England. A level under 30ug/L is preferred. Treatment is usually by RO system.
POSSIBLE DETECTION:
TASTE | ODOR | COLOR |
---|---|---|
no | no | no |

ODOR REMOVAL
While taste and odor can sometimes be subjective, the problem can usually be treated through aeration.
POSSIBLE DETECTION:

SEDIMENT/POLISHING FILTERS
If you notice sediment in your drinking water know that there are multiple options to consider for filtrations, both in-house and in-well.
POSSIBLE DETECTION:

FLUORIDE REMOVAL
Almost all water contains some fluoride naturally. If it needs to be removed, reverse osmosis is usually the best solution.

Servicing and Cleaning
Systems require regular maintenance and upkeep. There are recommended steps you can take to ensure your water and equipment longevity.
ANNUAL CHECKS
Your water should be tested and system checked every year. It ensures your H2O, in-home cleaning routine and prolonged system life.
FOLLOW-UP TESTING
Naturally-occurring impurity concentrations can change. Positive testing for certain contaminants may incur a more regular testing schedule.
SYSTEM EDUCATION
After a system install we educate our clients on regular upkeep and their system manuals. But if you have a question, you can always ask.
